Join your fellow West Town residents for a Doggone’ good time at the 1st Annual West Town Dog Parade, as we show off our community wide pet pride! Hosted by the Smith Park Advisory Council, Chicago Animal Care and Control, 1st Ward Alderman Proco "Joe" Moreno, 2nd Ward Alderman Brian Hopkins, 26th Ward Alderman Roberto Maldonado, 27th Ward Alderman Walter Burnett Jr., The Anti-Cruelty Society, Chicago Park District, and City Clerk Anna Valencia

Celebration at Smith Park to follow featuring family & pet friendly activities, local vendors and much more! * All registered participants will have to have Owner’s information, Dog’s Name, Vet’s information, vaccination number, and City of Chicago registration number on file to participate.

To ensure all participants are in compliance with the laws governing the responsibilities of dog owners with the City of Chicago Municipal Code section 07-12-140 titled "Dog Registration" and in cooperation with the Chicago Police
Department, the Chicago Park District, the City Clerk's Office and the Chicago Animal Care & Control, you hereby agree that the information on the registration form is true and correct. Further, by completing this form, you absolve and release SPAC, its board of directors and affiliates from any and all liability resulting from your participation, including but not limited to, any mishandling, injury or damage suffered or caused by you, your dog or injury by any other dogs to you or your dog at this event.
