As you may already know, insurance companies have been denying claims related to the coronavirus. Much of the current debate relates to business interruption insurance.

During this webinar, attorney Dan Johnson (Waskowski Johnson Yohalem LLP) will discuss:
    - Key concepts involved (the types of insurance that may respond)
    - Explain some of the points of argument (defenses raised by insurers and counterarguments)
    - Point out things businesses can look for in their insurance policies or in correspondence with their insurers (particular clauses and exclusions in the policies)
    - Cover emerging news (lawsuits filed by business owners against their insurers and proposed legislation in other states).
